New York City is a melting pot, where all paths cross, especially on the subway. On the train this afternoon I saw my first iPad in the “wild”, a sight that will become all the more common over the next few months. Interestingly enough there was another passenger a few feet away reading an e-book on his Kindle. Needless to say, once the Kindle owner decided to sit next to the iPad owner I couldn’t resist the urge to take out my phone and snap a picture. Unfortunately for Amazon though the Kindle owner proudly stated that he ordered his iPad and that it’s on its was. Is this a sign of things to come for Amazon?
